主要職責(zé)：（基本功能）Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

1、就外商投資涉及的各類行業(yè)進(jìn)行法律研究
Conducting legal research in various industries relevant to foreign investment in China
2、在高級顧問的指導(dǎo)下處理外商投資企業(yè)（如外商獨資企業(yè)，外商投資商業(yè)性公司、合資企業(yè)、代表處、分支機(jī)構(gòu)等）設(shè)立、變更、注銷等事宜
Dealing with incorporation, alteration and de-registration of Foreign Invested Enterprises (e.g. WFOE, FICE, JV, RO, Branches, etc.) under Senior Associate’s instruction
3、與政府部門聯(lián)絡(luò)了解當(dāng)?shù)氐恼吆蛯嵺`要求
Liaison with governmental authorities to understand local policy and practice
4、在高級顧問和部門經(jīng)理的指導(dǎo)下，提供外商直接投資相關(guān)的顧問服務(wù)(如勞動事宜、合同事宜)
Provide FDI related advisory services （e.g. labor issues, contract issues etc） under the supervision of Senior Associate or Department Manager
5、其他分配的工作
Other work as assigned.


工作要求 Job Requirements:

1、扎實的法律知識，特別是在公司法及外商投資相關(guān)法律法規(guī)方面
Solid legal knowledge on corporate laws and foreign investment related legislations
2、流利的中英文寫作和口語能力
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
3、具有良好的敬業(yè)精神和團(tuán)隊合作精神；
Professional attitude and good team player

教育背景 Educational Background
1、法學(xué)專業(yè)
Major in law
2、有律所實習(xí)經(jīng)驗者及可以長期實習(xí)的在讀生優(yōu)先
Prefer candidate with working experience in law firms and the undergraduate who can work full time.
