1.According to customer requirements, develop visual inspection project plan. 根據(jù)客戶要求，制定視覺(jué)檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目的方案；
2.Cost accounting of visual inspection equipment. 視覺(jué)檢測(cè)設(shè)備的成本核算；
3.Lead the design and development of visual inspection projects (hardware selection, software writing, commissioning). 主導(dǎo)視覺(jué)檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)（硬件選用、軟件編寫(xiě)、使用調(diào)試）；
4.Ensure the orderly progress of the project, can find and solve problems in time, and put forward improvement suggestions. Promote project acceptance. 保證項(xiàng)目有序的進(jìn)行，能及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決問(wèn)題，提出改善建議，促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收。
5.Conduct training of testing process for production and quality testing operators負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)生產(chǎn)和品管部門(mén)的測(cè)試人員；
6.Manage and maintain all testing machines負(fù)責(zé)所有測(cè)試儀器的維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)，改善和管理；
7.Analyze test failure products and make corrective actions負(fù)責(zé)分析產(chǎn)品的不良原因并出具分析報(bào)告；
8.Setup product test specification制訂產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試規(guī)范；
9.Other job assignment from supervisor主管安排的其它事務(wù)。
任職要求：
1.College degree or above, major in mechanical, mechanical, automation, etc.
大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)電、機(jī)械、自動(dòng)化等專(zhuān)業(yè)。
2.3 years+ experience in manufacturing automation visual design is preferred.
3年以上有制造端自動(dòng)化視覺(jué)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
3.Have C, C++, labview and other programming foundation, familiar with the appearance inspection related project process. 有C、C++、Labview等程序編程基礎(chǔ),熟悉外觀檢測(cè)的相關(guān)項(xiàng)目流程;
4.Capable of English communication in E-mail with foreign engineers. 能通過(guò)E-mail與國(guó)外工程師進(jìn)行技術(shù)交流；
5.Proficient in common image processing algorithms, knowledge of one or more image processing libraries such as Halcon, OpenCV or VisionPro. 精通常用圖像處理算法，了解Halcon、OpenCV或VisionPro等一種或多種圖像處理庫(kù)。
6.Familiar with the basic lighting principles of various industrial cameras and cameras. 熟悉各類(lèi)工業(yè)相機(jī)與攝像頭基本的照明原理。
