Job Profile: Engineering ＞ General Engineering
SUMMARY
Responsible for the Test Engineering Process and the attributes that can affect the process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze daily process yield reports that will include, but not limited to the following: operator errors, defective product, test equipment/test defects, RMA product defects, and spear corrective actions.
- Increase production yields by understanding and reducing operator errors and driving manufacturing and test engineering defects back to the appropriate department.
- Assist Test Engineer in developing preventative maintenance program and assure compliance to reduce downtime and increase process yields throughout the process.
- Analyze downtime sheets recording downtime of a station to set guidelines for preventative maintenance scheduling.
- Ensure all process manuals and documentation are maintained properly.
- Review all 5x5 tests to ensure that they were performed and adhered to.
- Perform walkthroughs, inspections, product evaluation and testing as needed.
- Conduct NPI test evaluations.
- Prevent test escapes.
- Ensure product testing completeness and reliability.
- Update and generate documentation as required.
- Assist Project Test Engineer with test process review.
- Evaluates test probes.
- Set-up equipment to perform any required programming and verification test following established procedures for the specified operations to be performed.
- Ensure quality (work meets or exceeds Jabil Workmanship Standards) and improve efficiency through the use of the SPC system when available.
- Operates automated electronic test equipment on manufactured circuit board assemblies and subassemblies.
- Responsible for maintaining a continuous flow of the manufacturing line and meeting production goals while performing the assigned test duties.
- Label and stamp boards, and fill out tags.
- Advise supervisor of any recurring test failure so that prompt corrective action may be taken.
- Ensure assemblies are properly handled and marked.
- Ensure daily logs and move/production tickets are accurately maintained.
- Follow simple, standardized and routine written directions for assigned test operations.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Associates of Science in NT Electronics or Electrical Engineering or Technical Certification preferred
- Three (3) to five (5) years experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
工藝工程師
1.工藝流程設(shè)計與優(yōu)化：負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入的工藝方案設(shè)計，制定工藝流程圖相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與要求等。分析和優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)工藝，解決生產(chǎn)瓶頸，提升生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品直通率。
2.工裝夾具設(shè)計與開發(fā)：根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需要，設(shè)計或提出工裝、夾具、治具的需求，并參與驗(yàn)收和改進(jìn)，以提高生產(chǎn)自動化程度和操作一致性。
3.生產(chǎn)問題解決：快速響應(yīng)并解決生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場出現(xiàn)的各類技術(shù)問題（如質(zhì)量缺陷、設(shè)備異常等），進(jìn)行根本原因分析并實(shí)施糾正與預(yù)防措施。
4.質(zhì)量控制與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定：制定工藝質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn)和檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，確保生產(chǎn)過程符合質(zhì)量體系要求。運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計過程控制等工具，監(jiān)控工藝穩(wěn)定性。
5.成本控制： 通過工藝改進(jìn)，降低物料損耗、提高設(shè)備利用率、優(yōu)化人力配置，實(shí)現(xiàn)降本增效。
6. 技術(shù)文檔編寫：編寫和維護(hù)各類工藝文件，如工藝卡、PFMEA、BOM等，確保文件的準(zhǔn)確性和有效性。
7. 新設(shè)備、新技術(shù)的引進(jìn)：參與新生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的選型、調(diào)試和驗(yàn)收，并負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)操作人員和維護(hù)人員的培訓(xùn)。
8.具體數(shù)字化思維與能力，利用數(shù)字化手段與工具，實(shí)現(xiàn)工藝的優(yōu)化及對相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行挖掘并應(yīng)用從而產(chǎn)生價植。
要求
1. 英語六級，具備良好的英文文檔閱讀與溝通能力，口語流利優(yōu)先。
2.熟悉CAD/CAE制圖軟件，熟練使用至少一種：AutoCAD, SolidWorks, UG/NX, CATIA, Pro/E。
3.扎實(shí)的工程理論知識，有一定的自動化編程基礎(chǔ)及工藝仿真與分析能力。
4.溝通能力強(qiáng)，能夠主動與工作的合伙人進(jìn)行溝通，達(dá)成工作的目標(biāo)。
5.良好的抗壓能力，具有持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)能力及創(chuàng)新意識。
6. 機(jī)械、電子、自動化、工業(yè)工程、物理、電氣工程相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科以上學(xué)歷
