? Team section lead role in conducting Plan & Control Algorithm for Parking function with the local AD project. Lead a team of Software and Algorithm developers for concept design and implementation.
? Cooperating between different local and global stakeholders, to ensure technical leading of Plan& Control algorithm in market and meanwhile the compatibility and efficiency to MBOS architecture.
? Responsible for analyzing current Plan& Control Algorithm, finding out the problems, and providing proposals & solutions on how to improve and optimize to achieve better performance & stability.
? Collect & Analysis the issues during SW implementation and testing, assign the issue to proper owner and tracking on the problem progress.
? Participate in reviewing the development process, estimating the resource plan, assisting to project lead, defining development standards and performance requirements.
? Supervise and support team work progress, adjust task priorities, distribute workload, and ensure timely quality work, reporting to the Supervisor in regular basis.
? Support senior manager in team recruitment according to the business needs.
? Mentoring and coaching to team members, enhance team skills and capabilities.
? Prepare and participate in performance evaluations to ensure the team member’s development.
Guide the team in addressing critical topics and issues, working closely with team members to devise effective solutions.
Education
§ Master degree or above, major in computer engineering, information engineering, electrical engineering, automation engineering or a related engineering field;
Experience
§ More than 5 years of Algorithm experience, in over all ADAS domain. At least 2 years on Parking function
§ More than 1 year successful experience on leading a team with roles like team lead, product owner, project lead or similar
Specific Knowledge
§ Proficient in automotive electronics industry systems, processes, standards, and toolchains; have an in-depth understanding and insights into the development trends of automotive products and technologies
§ Proficient knowledge on Plan & Control Algorithm
§ Proficient knowledge in Parking function Design
§ Proficient knowledge in AD SW development process
§ Good understanding on overall vehicle E/E architecture
§ Good understanding in CP and AP AutoSAR
§ Strong technical stack background on Multiple Functionality Domains
§ Has teamwork spirit, willing to share, able to self-motivate, and influences and leads the team with a positive, hardworking, and optimistic attitude
§ Fluent English, German is a plus
