工作地點:客戶端。 Purpose: 1.Take leader of OPPO project as first customer contact window. 2.Leading customer audit & customer issues. 3.Work with suppliers to improve the product quality and process. 4.Provide and review 8D report with customers and get approval. Main duties: 1.Responsible for OPPO product quality related activities, including incoming & in-process & outgoing quality standard definition, lead quality issues analysis and solving with team, customer complaint, RMA returns etc. 2.Responsible for NPI and MP phase quality plan and quality documents submit to customer for approval and monitor the sub-con process. 3.WBS review and upload to customer system, communication with customers for the WBS report. 4.Prepare & Handle supplier/customer process audit/visit for project quality. 5.Support another south customer’s issue Requests: 1.Bachelor degree or above 2. 5 years in quality function 3. familiar with FPC manufacturing process 4. Familiar with subcon process 5. Good communication skills and can take with tough customer. 6. Supplier balance and push improvement skills.
