Main Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for OPPO product quality related activities, including incoming & in-process & outgoing quality standard definition, lead quality issues analysis and solving with team, customer complaint, RMA returns etc. 2.Responsible for NPI and MP phase quality plan and quality documents submit to customer for approval and monitor the sub-con process. 3.NPI WBS review and approval 4.Prepare & Handle supplier/customer process audit/visit for project quality. 5.Support another south customer’s issue 6.Other tasks assigned by leader.
