Main Responsibilities Customer complaint/RMA handling/PCN management: 1. Cooperate with CQE and Sales team to handle customer complaint, conduct FA and create 8D report. 2. In case of RMA return, arrange production line rework / rescreening and customer inventories replacement. 3. Prepare and submit PCN to customer for approval. Production line quality problem handling: 4. Deal with production line quality problem, such as raw material problem, process or equipment problem. 5. Risk assessment for quality problems, lead team to take actions to reduce the risk until eliminate it. 6. Participate in raw material and FG MRB handling. 7. Work with team to improve CM’s process and quality. Internal and External Audit: 8. Organize team to prepare production line for the customer audit in advance, take actions to do improvement if there is any problem reported. 9. Participate in the company's quality system internal and external audit. 10. Review the quality procedure documents regulary and update them if necessary. 11. Lead customer process audit. Quality criteria establish and training: 12. Create quality criteria according to customer requirement or procedure, and organize training to related operators and inspectors. 13. Carry out the continuous improvement projects to improve quality performance. 14. Work with team to optimize the process and operation to reduce the quality risk to achieve the quality goals. Products: 15. Create products control plan, participate in the formulation and review of PFMEA and MSA. 16. Products PPAP consolidation and submit to PM(customer) for approval. Job Requirements: 1. At least 3 years working experience; 2. Master with IATF16949 five core tools (APQP、PPAP、MSA、 SPC、FMEA); 3. Master with ISO9001, IAT16949 and VDA6.3; 4. Be familiar with customer complaint handling process and process quality management ; 5. Be good at communication and cooperation and willing to accept the challenge; 6. Good english in both written and spoken.
