In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Being responsible for Granulation process and equipment in biotechnology production site to ensure we can deliver products in right quality/quantity.
  
• Playing a key role to identify process/equipment constrains and come up with technical solutions based on deep understanding of equipment and process.
  
• Close collaboration with global functions to secure smooth new product introduction and site shift from US, DK etc. and surely you will build strong cooperation with supply chain.
  
• Being empowered with opportunity to drive investment project as user manager independently, including a total new line, equipment upgrade, compliance improvement and energy saving initiatives.
  
• Be the main contributor in cost saving activities, including energy& water management.
  

To succeed you must hold:

• Master or PhD degree in bioengineering, chemical engineering, biotechnology, or other related background.
  
• Experience in spray dry or granulation for more than 2 years will be a plus.
  
• Experience with HAVC and plumbing design will be preferred.
  
• Good English skills (oral, listening and writing).
