Job scope:
?Proactively identify and pursue sales leads to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth;
?Visit and manage relationships with existing customers while actively developing potential new accounts;
?Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions to meet business requirements;
?Respond promptly to customer enquiries and, within delegated authority, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, successfully closing sales orders to achieve revenue targets;
?Identify, research and engage prospective customers, building strong, long-term relationships to generate repeat business and sustainable future sales;
?Gather and communicate sales leads, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence to relevant internal stakeholders to support timely responses to market changes and customer demands;
?Develop and execute long-term sales strategies for key accounts, ensuring planned sales activities align with and achieve defined objectives;
?Establish and manage annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans, organizing personal sales activities to consistently meet or exceed targets;
?Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
?Bachelor degree, major in engineering;
?2 years direct sales experience, or technical support or project operation experience.;
?Strong commercial acumen;
?Strong collaboration & communication skills, can solve some product questions and balance relationship with customers;
?Solid MS office skills (word, excel, PPT);
?Good English skills in both oral and written
?Aggressive and can work well under pressure.
