崗位內(nèi)容及要求：
This role will work in many innovative projects at ALDI China. In this role, you will shape the Digital creative direction of ALDI’s internal and external solutions. You will be responsible for the delivery of UI/UX deliverable.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Develop the creative materials to be followed in the creative development process, including but not limited to creation of UI/UX deliverables (wireframes, UI/UX design) and Digital mock-ups
Advise on most suitable medium(s) of creative digital content across visual, audio and video space
Keeping up-to-date and in-the-know of industry trends, technological advancements and competitive landscape, ensuring high-quality creative conception
Deliver web design solutions for local digital and social media platforms that ensure high visual impact
Collaborate with a diverse and supportive team of Technology Managers, Product Manager and Business owner to ensure optimal user satisfaction
崗位要求：
The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing high quality UI/UX deliverables. This person possesses excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written) and capable of championing a Digital Creative vision to meet and exceed business objectives.
Your professional experiences and key competencies would include, but not limited to:
Bachelor’s Degree in artistic design, industrial design, computer science or equivalent experience in field
More than 3 years of creative design work experience, with a proven track record of high-quality design and content creation
Creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense, with the ability to communicate your ideas
Knowledge of the Chinese brand and product market, design preferences and trends
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Candidate will be judged on ability to work effectively with project teams. The position requires constant communication with colleagues.
Experience in planning and delivering design used across multiple products and organizational units.
Relevant skills may include but are not limited to the following:
1.Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator (AE is plus)
2.Desktop and mobile HTML5 design (wireframes, UI/UX design)
3.Visual content creation (visual identity toolkit, video editing)
4.Design for Chinese Social Media platforms (Wechat, Douyin, etc.)
5.Front-end web development is plus (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
