Key accountabilities:
1.Perform laboratory tests following existed SOP.
2.Create/update SOP following the CAP, CLIA, GLP regulations.
3.Validate the assay with other MT to assist the project management.
4.Be familiar with specimen reception, specimen information entry into the LIMS system, as well as specimen handover and testing (including PT/EQA samples).
5.Review Logbook, record and patient result.
6.Work with Project Manager to assist the project management, including but not limited to TCs, testing, write plan and/or report.
7.Independently responsible for projects with PMs.
8.Other tasks assigned by section director and general supervisor.
Scope of the job:
1.Report to the section director of central laboratory.
2.Work with PM, SM to ensure the smooth operations of projects in the central laboratory.
3.Responsible for daily sample / PTs testing
4.Operation and maintenance of equipment or contact with local engineer of instrument.
5.Review Logbook maintenance record, Reagent record, and QC record.
Core business/Functional skills and education requirements :
1.Medical Laboratory Technologist is required to have a bachelor
s degree or above in Clinical Laboratory Medicine Science, and holds a Primary Certificate of Clinical Medical Laboratory Technology or higher.
2.At least five years’ clinical laboratory working experience, be proficient in the operation of biochemical, immunological and hematological tests, preferably with the autoimmunity-related testing experience and microscopic examination experience in morphology.
3.Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, good team work spirit and communication skills.
4.Familiar with Office, Excel and other Office software.
5.English: Proficient in reading and writing.
