Your Role
Be responsible for the competitor service (Non-AC) & Low-pressure machine
business development to achieve business goals by following aspects:
- Establish short & long-term business strategy for competitor service
business & low-pressure machine business. Align the strategy with division to
get more support and resources.
- Work closely with regional sales team to win the key projects, both on
direct & indirect channel. Monitor business performance and support regions to
achieve business growth targets.
- Regularly adjust the pricing (including parts & service) to enhance
competitiveness as well as achieve targeted gross profit.
- Enhance sales competency via training, best practice sharing, etc.
- Cooperate with operation team to enhance the technical competence of field
service engineers
- Cooperate with Edmac team to shorten the lead time of the 3rd party parts
supply and release the service kit for the competitor machine
- Prepare marketing materials, like sales brochures, leaflets, presentations,
etc.
- Regularly do marketing analysis & intelligence collection
- Other tasks assigned by superior
TO Succeed, you will need:
Experience requirements
Minimum 5 years sales/marketing experience in service/aftermarket business.
Work experience in air compressor industry is a plus.
Educational requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, marketing, or related fields.
Other Requirements
Willing to travel
Knowledge
- Good both in written and oral English & Chinese.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power
Point.
- Technical experience is required.
