Fashion design bachelor degree or above, ideally specialize in Knitwear 2. Minimum 3 years commercial women’s knitwear design experience (jersey design experience is a plus) 3. Excellent knowledge of yarn, knit gauges and structures and good understanding of garment construction 4. Highly creative and trend driven with a true connection to knitwear design 5. Must be able to work in a fast-paced fashion environment and able to handle deadline pressure 6. Able to work on their own –take initiative and work as part of a team 7. Team player, good communication skill 8. Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator 9. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken 10. Ability to relocate to Beijing, China 11. Have an open mindset and willing to work with other cultures
