Job Description:
? Client site, Daxing District, Beijing
? Responsible for the daily review of customs commodity classification at the client site:
? able to independently communicate effectively with client on product information, analyze product risks, and confirm accurate 10-digit HS code based on customs classification rules and supporting documentation;
? determine appropriate Chinese declaration name and compile complete declaration elements corresponding to the applied HS code;
? responsible for archiving related documents and maintaining the classification database.
? Promptly provide feedback to the client to seek further clarification on product information whenever discrepancies or uncertainties are identified in the classification data provided by the client;
? Conduct periodic reviews of existing commodity classifications, or as required by customs tariff updates or client instructions, and promptly and compliantly supplement or correct classification details such as product names and HS codes;
? Responsible for organizing, reviewing, and archiving the client’s import and export documentation to ensure the accuracy and compliance of customs declarations;
? When customs raises inquiries, initiates inspections, valuation checks, or issues related instructions regarding classification or declaration, assist the client in providing classification explanations, preparing product descriptions or written statements, and conducting necessary coordination with customs authorities;
? Timely report the client’s key updates, requirements, and suggestions to the project team.

? 負(fù)責(zé)客戶日常的海關(guān)商品歸類復(fù)核工作，能獨(dú)立根據(jù)海關(guān)商品歸類規(guī)則和依據(jù)，與客戶進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品信息的有效溝通、分析產(chǎn)品風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并確認(rèn)準(zhǔn)確的10位商品編碼、與所用商品編碼相適應(yīng)的中文品名和整理申報(bào)要素，并進(jìn)行相關(guān)文件的存檔及歸類數(shù)據(jù)庫維護(hù)；
? 一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)客戶提供的歸類信息存疑，需及時(shí)向客戶反饋以進(jìn)一步確認(rèn)商品信息；
? 定期或根據(jù)海關(guān)稅則調(diào)整或客戶指令要求，對(duì)現(xiàn)有商品歸類進(jìn)行復(fù)核，及時(shí)合規(guī)補(bǔ)充、修正歸類品名及HS CODE等數(shù)據(jù)；
? 負(fù)責(zé)客戶進(jìn)出口單據(jù)的整理復(fù)核和存檔工作，保障申報(bào)準(zhǔn)確性與合規(guī)性；
? 當(dāng)海關(guān)對(duì)歸類、申報(bào)事宜提出質(zhì)疑、發(fā)起查驗(yàn)、驗(yàn)估等相關(guān)指令時(shí)，需協(xié)助客戶向海關(guān)進(jìn)行歸類解釋、產(chǎn)品說明/情況說明編寫以及做必要的協(xié)調(diào)；
? 及時(shí)將客戶的重要情況、要求及建議上報(bào)項(xiàng)目組。
Job Requirements:
? Bachelor degree and above;
? Work experience: 5 years or less, with at least 1–3 years of experience in customs commodity classification; familiar with China customs’ classification rules, supporting basis, procedures, and HS tariff structure;
? Fluent in English (CET 4) and Mandarin;
? Major: Open to all disciplines; candidates with a background in international trade, law, taxation, finance, logistics, commodity science, or chemistry are preferred.
? Other qualifications: Strong communication and verbal expression skills, good teamwork abilities, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high degree of meticulousness and attention to detail.
? Preferred qualification: Certificate of HS Classification (either mechanical & electrical or non-mechanical & electrical categories accepted).
