【職位描述】 Role & Responsibilities: 1. Short Video Execution: Demonstrate creative scriptwriting and copywriting abilities. Responsible for video briefs, script development, revision feedback, and strictly overseeing video production. Review content quality and execute shopping cart collaborations. Rapidly iterate content leveraging TikTok trends to boost organic traffic efficiency. 2. KOL/KOC Matrix: Establish a targeted KOL/KOC matrix aligned with brand positioning and product categories. Identify and onboard KOLs matching product tonality for precision content distribution. 3. Results-Driven Performance: Achieve TikTok shopping cart short video sales targets (GMV & ROI) and oversee consumption of self-streaming promotional materials. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in TikTok short video and ad campaigns; prior success with viral content preferred. 2. Track record in social commerce (health & wellness, maternal/child, FMCG, or beauty industries). Familiarity with TikTok short video collaboration models. 3. Keen insight into TikTok platform dynamics with strong trendspotting abilities. Excellent creativity and planning skills. 4. Results-oriented mindset. Quick learner adaptable to new concepts. Innovative, proactive thinker with strong execution capabilities. Diligent in completing assigned tasks.
