【職位描述】 Background on Wellbeing Collective Wellbeing Collective (WBC) is a strategic Unilever global business unit established to capture the growth opportunity in the €140bn global consumer health segment defined by Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements (VMS) product category. Our ambition is to build a €5bn business globally; and be a global top 3 player within this space. Job Description Overview Sales operation specialist will join an exciting and entrepreneurial team, that is a standalone business unit of Wellbeing Collective China, reporting to the Wellbeing trade marketing and sales operation Manager. This is a fast-growing business unit with an agile, collaborative team with a strong bias for action mindset. Primary responsibility is to assist the line manager in managing BMI budgets and verify the authenticity of the reimbursement. Job Responsibilities: a. End to end BMI operation process of total department. b. Responsible for the check the supporting documents of PO reimbursement c. Record the actual expense and report it to the finance monthly. d. Collaborate with cross-functional team to streamline processes and improve efficiency e. Analysis the expense details to find ways to improve 【任職要求】 Job requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree, at least 2-3 years of working experience 2. Prefer to work experience in FMCG company and EC business. 3. Written skills in Chinese and English, with ability to work cross functionally. 4. Strong in excel. 5. Good communication and interpersonal skill
