Responsibilities: Drive function development through the entire lifecycle, from concept to final release. Create, review, and track Jira tickets for responsible functions. Participate in PI planning and project meetings to plan implementation, track progress, and ensure timeline and scope adherence. Align test cases, track testing status, join test drives, and verify function maturity regularly. Manage KPM tickets and bug processing: perform pre-analysis, assign bugs, track progress, resolve "ping-pong" issues, and find solutions. Escalate critical situations by initiating special actions (e.g., task forces, daily calls) with stakeholders (suppliers, testing teams, PO, PM) to document and resolve issues before final release. Drive functions to achieve key project milestones Regularly report function status to the project team and management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in Function Ownership or a similar role in cockpit function development. Strong experience in E2E function development and delivery within an automotive software environment. Proficiency in using project tracking tools (e.g., Jira). Solid understanding of bug management processes and ticket handling (e.g., KPM). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage critical situations and escalate issues effectively.
