Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Key Account Management
a) Seek, establish and strengthen relationships with potential and existing Key Accounts.
b) Acquire a thorough understanding of Key Accounts needs, for example, regarding the product portfolio, processes & structures and drive their implementation across the organization.
2. Development & Implementation of Sales & Channel Strategy
a) Analyze the development of markets, channels and competitors relevant to Key Account Management.
b) Grow sales with existing product portfolio and coordinate the launch of new products.
c) Assess sales potentials and develop sales strategies & policies for specific channels and Key Accounts.
d) Co-negotiate contracts / sales conditions with Key Accounts and ensure that goals of customers are balanced with internal requirements.
3. Strategic Management
a) Provide subject-matter expertise to the Head of KAM for the overall development of the E-Commerce channel.
b) Lead or co-lead strategic projects concerning developing the business with Key Accounts in the E-Commerce channel.
4. Others
a) Comply with and implement the compliance, IT security and the EHS requirements as required for the role; attend EHS-related trainings and report/take urgent actions as required once an emergency or EHS-related risk is discovered.
b) Any other duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company or its authorized delegate.
Requirement:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree;
2. Major: Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant majors;
3. Experience: Min. 3 years of experience in a sales position in E-Commerce of white goods or international consumer goods;
4. Skills: Profound English and Digital Marketing/Commerce skills;
5. Competence: Work together;
