崗位職責(zé):
1.Provide advice to senior management on all aspects of engineering support, environmental controls and the operational efficiency of the property.
向有關(guān)工程方面的所有高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提供建議,環(huán)境控制及所有機(jī)器設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
2.Ensure the effective financial management of the engineering department by setting maintenance budgets, capital works programs and engineering plans and ensuring that performance against there are regularly monitored and reviewed. Responsible for the general cost control aspects of maintenance, the preparation of departmental cost budgets and their implementation and submission to management.
為做好工程部財(cái)務(wù)的有效管理,需制訂好設(shè)備維修預(yù)算、資金的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)程序及工程計(jì)劃,并按其實(shí)際履行情況進(jìn)行定期監(jiān)督與審查。嚴(yán)格控制設(shè)備維修成本,提前做好部門成本預(yù)算并提交給管理層。
3.Take control of Capital Project planning, in liaison with management, to ensure capital funding is effectively allocated and budgeted in accordance with company directives and philosophy.
負(fù)責(zé)工程項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃資金的控制,確保資金的有效分配及資金的預(yù)算是嚴(yán)格按照公司的規(guī)定而執(zhí)行的。
4.Provide input as required into the formulation of the annual Strategic Equity Asset Plan (Owned properties).
根據(jù)要求,提供年度資產(chǎn)計(jì)劃策略。
5.Plan, implement and administer an energy management program by establishing energy reduction objectives, the maintenance of records and regular reporting of performance against these objectives. 以建立降低能源消耗為目標(biāo),通過對(duì)能源消耗記錄的分析,以及對(duì)不利于降低能耗情況的定期報(bào)告的處理,來制定、貫徹實(shí)施一個(gè)能量消耗監(jiān)控管理方案。
6.Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and fire codes by regularly reviewing policies and safety procedures for each project. Ensure that any tests and inspections required on equipment are carried out and records maintained. Ensure all building codes and relevant ordinance requirements are met and all building department requirements and submissions are submitted and final approval is achieved.
要定期按照政策和安全保障制度來進(jìn)行檢查,以確保每個(gè)項(xiàng)目都能夠嚴(yán)格地遵守所有的法令法規(guī),以及規(guī)范與條例標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。確保對(duì)設(shè)備的任何測(cè)試和必要的檢查,都得到貫徹實(shí)施,并及時(shí)地更新記錄。所有的建筑規(guī)范以及相關(guān)的法令要求都要得到滿足,并且必須符合所有的建筑部門要求和規(guī)范,以確保終驗(yàn)的通過。
7.Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and enforce these in your areas
熟悉酒店安全、急救及消防、緊急應(yīng)變程序,安全謹(jǐn)慎地操作設(shè)備。
8.Management Multi-Property Roles according to policy requirements.
根據(jù)要求管理聯(lián)合酒店的相關(guān)事宜。
9.To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
完成管理層交給的其它任務(wù)。
任職要求:
1.University and above.
大學(xué)及以上資歷。
2.Knowledge and skills of air conditioning, water system, strong and weak electrical system.
空調(diào)、水系統(tǒng)、強(qiáng)弱電系統(tǒng)等所有工程方面的知識(shí)和技能。
3.Have management ability and good writing and verbal ability.
具有管理技能和良好的書寫/表達(dá)能力。
4.Able to operate computer software program.
熟練操作辦公軟件。
5.Proficient in mechanical and electrical engineering installation, equipment operation, maintenance, and related engineering regulations. Engineering related hotel industry experience is preferred.
精通機(jī)電工程安裝,設(shè)備運(yùn)行、維修和相關(guān)工程法規(guī),有酒店行業(yè)相關(guān)工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
6.10 years and above experience and more than 5 years of work experience in luxury brands.
10年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),擁有5年以上奢華品牌工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。
7.Candidates with stronger English proficiency will be given priority.
有良好的英語能力者優(yōu)先。
