崗位職責(zé):
1. Arrange appointments and meetings for the General Manager, record same in diary and ensure the General Manager has the appropriate documentation for each appointment.
為總經(jīng)理安排會議及預(yù)約,記錄在工作日記中,確保總經(jīng)理使用正確的文件。
2. Assess priorities of work and, wherever possible, assist in organizing General Manager’s priorities, including Beijing Marriott Marquis Hotel and The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, North.
根據(jù)各項工作任務(wù)的重要性協(xié)助總經(jīng)理安排工作,包括北京北辰萬豪侯爵酒店和北京北辰麗思卡爾頓酒店的相關(guān)工作任務(wù)。
3. Assist with translations, oral and written.
協(xié)助進行口頭及文件翻譯。
4. Prepare and maintain files, reports, letters, memorandums and other relevant business documentation.
準(zhǔn)備和維護文檔、報告、信函、備忘錄和其它相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)資料。
5. Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis.
確保所有報告和服務(wù)都按時完成。
6. Maintain an accurate tracking system for prompt handling of issues concerned.
作好各類文件資料的追溯和跟進管理,以便各相關(guān)事宜能得到及時準(zhǔn)確的處理。
7. Attend meetings such as Department Head Meeting, Executive Committee Meeting and any other when requested, take minutes of attended meetings, accurately transcribe and circulate to relevant persons.
按要求參加部門經(jīng)理會議和行政會議等,正確記錄會議并及時傳送到相關(guān)人員。
8. Receive visitors and guests. In the absence of the General Manager, answer questions and concerns and follow through resolutions.
接待來訪者和客人。在總經(jīng)理不在時負(fù)責(zé)處理咨詢并跟進直至問題解決。
9. Assist with travels arrangements for business trips as required.
根據(jù)需要協(xié)助安排商務(wù)差旅事宜。
10. Answers telephones in the Executive Office as required. Prepare replies to correspondence as required, take dictation of correspondence as required.
接聽行政辦公室的電話。按需準(zhǔn)備信函回復(fù),按需記錄信函口述內(nèi)容。
11.To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
完成上級交付的其它工作任務(wù)。
任職要求:
1.University and above.
大學(xué)及以上資歷。
2.Fluent in written and spoken English.
良好的英語口語及書寫能力。
3.Having top-notch communication and coordination skills
擁有一流的溝通協(xié)調(diào)技巧。
4.Confident, honest, dedicated, and with a high sense of responsibility, we will do our best to contribute to the development of the hotel.

5.8 years and above experience and more than 3 years of work experience in luxury brands.
8年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,擁有3年以上奢華品牌工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。
