崗位職責:
1.To develop a Human Resources Strategic plan in alignment with the Hotel’s business plan.
根據(jù)酒店經(jīng)營計劃,制定人力資源政策。
2.To develop personnel policies, procedures and practices and recommend improvements to Management.
制定人事政策程序,實際操作,為管理層提供建議。
3.To manage the Human Resources Department, ensuring compliance with all Hotel policies & procedures, and local government regulations pertaining to employment practice.
管理人力資源部,確保雇傭過程符合酒店政策程序,政策法律法規(guī)。
4.To develop and implement recruitment and screening procedures in order to attract the most qualified candidates for vacancies.
制定和實施招聘和面試程序,以吸引合格人才。
5.To administer compensation and benefits, and develop recognition programs that motivate, reward and retain associates.
管理薪資和福利工作,建立員工獎勵計劃以激勵、表彰和留住員工。
6.To assess personnel development needs, recommend and oversee training programs, ensuring compliance with performance standards.
評估員工個人發(fā)展需求,推薦和講授培訓課程,以保證表現(xiàn)達到標準。
7.To participate in key decision making with the Executive Team.
參與行政委員會重大決策。
8.To investigate and review all disciplinary actions to ensure the policies and the applicable laws are followed.
對員工違紀行為進行調(diào)查,以保證酒店政策和相關(guān)法律的執(zhí)行。
9. Management Multi-Property Roles according to policy requirements.
根據(jù)要求管理聯(lián)合酒店的相關(guān)事宜。
10.To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
完成管理層交給的其它任務。
任職要求:
1.University and above.
大學及以上資歷。
2.Thorough understanding of personnel and training functions.
了解人事和培訓的所有職能。
3.Proven experience in establishing a sound Human Resources institutional framework.
有完善人力資源制度體系的經(jīng)驗。
4.Good knowledge and understanding of labor law application and requirement.
熟悉和了解勞動法。
5.Outgoing and pleasant character with good inter-personal communication skills.
性格外向,友善,有良好的溝通技巧。
6.Able to operate computer software program.
熟練操作辦公軟件。
7.10 years and above experience and more than 5 years of work experience in luxury brands.
10年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,擁有5年以上奢華品牌工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。
8.Candidates with stronger English proficiency will be given priority.
有良好的英語能力者優(yōu)先。
