YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieving sales target through drug store or end user education (實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售指標(biāo)).
- Establishing sales plan and scheduling own activities to implement sales plan in the field, including developing visiting agenda to meet these targets (建立并通過(guò)各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)和拜訪來(lái)執(zhí)行銷售計(jì)劃).
- Being in charge of monitoring/managing pricing among clients (控制預(yù)算).
- Executing product education to drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services when visiting existing and new customers (在拜訪消費(fèi)者時(shí)對(duì)藥店人員進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)).
- Identifying, researching, and contacting prospective customers, and building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business (與客戶保持良好的關(guān)系).
- Referring sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands (及時(shí)反饋市場(chǎng)信息給各類部門(mén)來(lái)調(diào)整各項(xiàng)策略).
WHO YOU ARE
- Education level: higher than college degree (大專以上文化程度).
- Being good at leading, oral and writing skills, communication, and solving problems (良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力,口頭和書(shū)面表達(dá)能力,溝通能力,解決問(wèn)題能力).
- Being integrity and positive (為人正直,積極向上).
- Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retail industry (在OTC行業(yè)或者跨國(guó)零售業(yè)的快消行業(yè)的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)).
- Retail Rep (junior):No working experience required, but medical/clinic education background is preferred (無(wú)需工作經(jīng)歷,醫(yī)療教育背景優(yōu)先).
- Retail Rep: At least 1 year, typically in charge of 100 drugstore management (至少一年,最好管理過(guò)100家藥店).
- Sr. Retail Rep: At least 3 years in retail sales function (至少三年零售銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)).
- Retail Sales Specialist: At least 4 years in retail sales function (至少四年零售銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)).
