工作職責(zé)

4. 每日不良分析，使用統(tǒng)計(jì)工具進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量測(cè)量、不良原因分析，采取改正措施并確認(rèn)改善結(jié)果。
5. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)DMAIC改善項(xiàng)目，與生產(chǎn)協(xié)同完成項(xiàng)目改進(jìn)，對(duì)改善項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行管理、溝通及展示。
6. 配合QA對(duì)客戶(hù)抱怨進(jìn)行失效分析及問(wèn)題解決。
7. 配合新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入，設(shè)置工藝制程和相應(yīng)治具，配合設(shè)備工程師進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)線(xiàn)設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試。
職位要求
1. 電子/機(jī)械相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科。
2. 至少5年制造業(yè)工藝工程師經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. 有陶瓷加工工藝經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先，例如研磨、減薄工藝等。
4. 有SAP應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先，例如BOM、Router和成本計(jì)算等。
5. 良好的失效分析能力和統(tǒng)計(jì)工具知識(shí)，例如工藝控制和改進(jìn)需要使用的GR&R、DOE、SPC、控制計(jì)劃、FMEA、OCAP等。熟練掌握Office和Minitab。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Process standardization, optimization, documentation (WI/Control plan/FEMA/Control Chart/Specification) and well training production.
2. Production process issue and MRB material analysis and adjustment.
3. Preventive actions for quality, yield, productivity, cost, and lead time improvement.
4. Daily analysis for scrap parts, utilize statistic method to measure product quality, root cause analysis, corrective action, and verification.
5. Coordinating manufacturing improvement projects, leading DMAIC projects, communication, presentation, and project management.
6. Support QA to conduct failure analysis and problem solving on customer quality issue.
7. Support for new product transfer, well set up process and tooling in place, work with maintenance to well setup equipment for new line.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electric/Mechanism related major.
2. At least 5 years’ experience of process engineer in manufacturing enterprise.
3. Experience with ceramic processing, such as lapping, grinding on is preferred.
4. Experience with SAP application, such as BOM, Router and cost, is preferred.
5. Good failure analysis ability and fundamental knowledge of statistical tools such as GR&R, DOE，SPC, Control Plan, FMEA, OCAP on process control and improvement, skilled in Office and Minitab.
6. Leading and managing CI project experience is preferred.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A good team player and a good self-motivator.
8. CET-4 or above, well command of English both in written and spoken.
