Overall purpose of the job 職位概述 辦公樓租賃事宜的日常維護(hù)和管理。 Main responsibilities 主要職責(zé) 1. 負(fù)責(zé)來電接聽和初次上門拜訪的客戶和中介的接待； 2. 客戶資料登記：包括所有來電和上門客戶的公司名稱、聯(lián)絡(luò)人姓名、客戶基本需求； 3. 負(fù)責(zé)部門內(nèi)行政工作，包括會(huì)議安排、文件處理及歸檔等; 4. 負(fù)責(zé)完成項(xiàng)目租賃所需要的相關(guān)文本工作，包括但不限于意向書、合同、數(shù)據(jù)分析等 5. 租賃合同的歸檔、流轉(zhuǎn)等事宜; 6. 各類租賃報(bào)表的編制; 7. 協(xié)助租賃主任完成租戶信息在系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的錄入，流轉(zhuǎn); 8. 各項(xiàng)訂購采購的申請(qǐng)，付款事宜。 Qualification and experience required 資歷及經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求 1. 本科以上學(xué)歷; 2. 熟練使用現(xiàn)代化辦公軟件，數(shù)據(jù)分析能力強(qiáng); 3. 有同業(yè)態(tài)物業(yè)工作經(jīng)歷； 4. 具有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)和書面表達(dá)能力; 5. 書面英語及口語良好。 工作地點(diǎn)：PAC靜安吉寶中心
