? 1. Develop business with regional Key Accounts.拓展區(qū)域大客戶業(yè)務(wù) (農(nóng)牧一條龍企業(yè))
? 2. Work together with the Regional Sales manager and China head to define and execute the sales/account plans, derived from various product line strategies and the segment sales plan, and realize the yearly sales and account objectives. Prioritize new / focus product business. 根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和銷售計劃,和區(qū)域銷售經(jīng)理及中國區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一起制定并實施銷售計劃,根據(jù)不同的產(chǎn)品線確定不同的產(chǎn)品策略和細(xì)分市場計劃,重點把控新產(chǎn)品及主要產(chǎn)品的業(yè)務(wù),實現(xiàn)年度銷售目標(biāo)。
? 3. Responsible for the new project/application developments at her/his own account, achieve the growth via the existing business and the new commercialized business.負(fù)責(zé)在現(xiàn)有客戶基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)掘新的業(yè)務(wù)增長點
? 4. Work with the core business team to carry out negotiations in relation to pricing, delivery etc. within the agreed boundaries and be responsible for quotations, credit limits and contracts. 在價格,交貨期,合同,報價和賒銷限額等方面和核心團(tuán)隊一起和客戶協(xié)商
? 5. Responsible for commercializing new projects (customers/applications) at existing and new accounts, within the segment/ application strategy. 根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的細(xì)分市場及實施戰(zhàn)略,負(fù)責(zé)將新產(chǎn)品推廣到現(xiàn)有的及新開發(fā)的客戶群體中。
? 6. Co-ordinate all internal and external activities concerning the account to ensure a consistent account approach in sales, support and development. 配合所有對內(nèi)對外的與客戶相關(guān)的活動,確保銷售,技術(shù)支持及研發(fā)在跟客戶的互動交流上的一致性
? 7. Responsible for positioning new value propositions at her/his target accounts for Commercial development and for communicating value propositions to key accounts. 負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的價值定位并向所負(fù)責(zé)的客戶溝通新產(chǎn)品及開發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)
? 8. Develop and maintain networks at adequate levels in the value chain and within account’s organizations focusing on technology and sales. 從銷售及技術(shù)角度充分開發(fā)并維護(hù)雙贏的客戶關(guān)系
? 9. Responsible for collecting market information and communicating current and emerging needs for current and new accounts within the segment and region to drive value proposition development. 在所負(fù)責(zé)的區(qū)域和細(xì)分市場上收集市場信息,與所有負(fù)責(zé)的現(xiàn)有客戶及潛在客戶溝通現(xiàn)有的及新出現(xiàn)的需求。
? 10. Responsible for providing accurate sales forecasts. 負(fù)責(zé)提供準(zhǔn)確的銷售預(yù)測
? 11. Responsible for alerting the credit team with regards to potential bad debts and for preparing and settling rebates after approval of the line Manager. 負(fù)責(zé)提醒財務(wù)團(tuán)隊潛在的壞賬,以備取得上級批準(zhǔn)之后準(zhǔn)備和解決后續(xù)銷售折扣問題
?12. Report fully, regularly and in the proper format in accordance with existing internal procedures 按照公司現(xiàn)有內(nèi)部規(guī)定和流程定期并以正確的方式充分匯報工作
?13. Monitor competition position and moves and prepare counter-moves 監(jiān)控市場競爭狀況,并采取必要的行動和應(yīng)對措施
任職要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above with animal husbandry background is a plus本科及以上學(xué)歷,畜牧相關(guān)專業(yè)及背景唯佳。
2. Minimum 5 years of Sales or Technical Sales experience in this field 至少5年本行業(yè)銷售或技術(shù)銷售的經(jīng)驗
3. Experience in working effectively with existing clients and develop new business, manage key accounts.在和現(xiàn)有客戶有效溝通,發(fā)展新業(yè)務(wù),管理重要客戶方面擁有豐富經(jīng)驗
4. Mature individual with good interpersonal skills and business sense. Ability to instill confidence, inspire and gain cooperation at all levels, both inside and outside the organization.成熟的人際交往能力和商業(yè)思維。有能力鼓舞和組織內(nèi)外,不同級別的人合作和樹立信心
5. Highly dependable manager with strong ethics and integrity.擁有強(qiáng)烈道德感和誠信,可信賴
