Job Summary: 職位概述
We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer of instrument products. In this role, you will lead or support mechanical design work for new product development and existing product improvement. You will also work with other functional departments and takethe sustaining work to support ongoing business and production.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 崗位職責(zé)
1. Lead mechanical design related work on new product development and product improvement projects.
在新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)及產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目上，負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)的工作。
2. Work out design verification test plan, conduct tests and analyze the test results for new design project and study.
為新產(chǎn)品及研究項(xiàng)目，制定測(cè)試計(jì)劃，實(shí)施測(cè)試方案，并分析測(cè)試結(jié)果。
3. Support project manager to work out project plan and complete deliverables on schedule according to Emerson New Product Development process.
按照艾默生新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程，協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理制定項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃，并按計(jì)劃交付結(jié)果。
4. Work with other functional departments and provide technical support to improve product quality and cost.
與其他部門合作，提供技術(shù)，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，優(yōu)化成本。
5. Support global projects, and effectively communicate with global engineering team.
支持全球項(xiàng)目，建立和保持與全球工程師團(tuán)隊(duì)有效溝通。
6. Maintains awareness of state-of-the-art technologies, evaluates and implements new technologies into product designs.

7. Participate Energy-saving and technology improvements.

To meet this role request, You Will Need: 任職要求
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or equivalent
本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械或相關(guān)專業(yè)
2. Relevant mechanical design experience is preferred
產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)開發(fā)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
3. Skilled in 3D CAD software, PTC Creo is preferred
熟練掌握一款工程3D制圖軟件，PTC Creo優(yōu)先
4. Good English skills on listening, speaking, reading and writing
