職位說明: Position Specification: 1. 執(zhí)行采購(gòu)訂單的制作、下達(dá)、跟蹤、確認(rèn)和歸檔,及時(shí)處理訂單異常(如交期延遲、質(zhì)量問題時(shí)),確保供應(yīng)順暢。 Good order management ability: release purchase orders on time and tracking, confirmation and archiving of purchase orders, handle order anomalies in a timely manner (such as delayed delivery or quality issues), and ensure smooth supply. 2. 配合倉(cāng)庫(kù)、財(cái)務(wù)完成訂單-交付-發(fā)票匹配。 Cooperate with the warehouse and finance department to complete the matching of purchase orders, GR and invoices. 3. 評(píng)估供應(yīng)商的績(jī)效表現(xiàn),建立并更新合格供應(yīng)商名錄,與供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行良好有效的溝通。 Good supplier management ability, can valuate supplier’s performance, establish qualified suppliers‘ list, and maintain good and effective communication with suppliers. 4. 匯總有關(guān)采購(gòu)數(shù)據(jù),總結(jié)報(bào)告。 Have ability to summarize the relevant procurement data and make reports. 5. 與研發(fā)、質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)、倉(cāng)庫(kù)、財(cái)務(wù)等部門緊密合作,解決采購(gòu)過程中出現(xiàn)的各種問題。 Have ability to deal with cross-functional work, work closely with other departments such as R&D, quality, production, warehouse, and finance, can solve various problems. 6. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他工作。 Other work assigned by superior. 資格要求:Qualification Requirement: 1. 大學(xué)本科(含)以上學(xué)歷Bachelor degree or above 2. 工作背景要求Work Background Requirement 3. 3年制造或貿(mào)易企業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) Over 3 years related working experience in manufacturing or trading enterprises. 4. 業(yè)務(wù)技能:精通溝通技巧和合同管理知識(shí),具備良好的商業(yè)意識(shí)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范意識(shí)。 Proficient in communication skills and contract management knowledge, with a good sense of business and risk prevention. 5. 語言能力: 具備優(yōu)秀的英語讀寫能力,能夠與海外供應(yīng)商/客戶進(jìn)行口語和郵件溝通。 Has ability to communicate with Oversea suppliers by oral and email in English. 注:英語不符合請(qǐng)勿投遞!
