Job Description
Danfoss is looking for an experienced manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team. You will be expected to excel in a fast pace, growing company and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Lead and improve quality issue and prevent the same issue happen through SPC & Danfoss RCPS etc tool. 通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析及使用DANFOSS RCPS等工具來(lái)改進(jìn)及預(yù)防同類(lèi)不良質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的重復(fù)發(fā)生及發(fā)生機(jī)率
- Design of CP, inspection instruction, sampling method, measurement tools and calibration requirements, and provide related trainings.設(shè)計(jì)CP，檢驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)書(shū)，取樣方法，設(shè)計(jì)量具和檢定校驗(yàn)要求，并提供相關(guān)培訓(xùn)
- Solve quality issues (customer complaints, mass quality accidents), including root cause analysis, CA & PA make and implement.解決質(zhì)量問(wèn)題（含客戶(hù)投訴、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中批量質(zhì)量事故），包括原因分析，糾正及預(yù)防措施的制定并落實(shí)
- Leading the relevant customer complaints, improving current quality control process and providing feedback of incoming inspection results to SQE. 主導(dǎo)相關(guān)客戶(hù)投訴，改進(jìn)當(dāng)前的質(zhì)量控制流程，并向SQE提供進(jìn)料檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果的反饋
- Response for new project & new product PFMEA & CP implement in manufacture process and also key quality control point in process. 負(fù)責(zé)新項(xiàng)目和新產(chǎn)品的PFMEA&CP的實(shí)施，落實(shí)項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品工序質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn)
- Actively participate in the application of new technologies, new processes and new methods of quality management (such as digitalization, intelligent testing, etc.).
積極參與推廣質(zhì)量管理新技術(shù)、新工藝、新方法的應(yīng)用工作（如數(shù)字化，智能檢測(cè)等） - Review machining and final non-conformity products.參與評(píng)審金工和成品的不合格產(chǎn)品
- Work with SQE to improve supplier quality level and our incoming inspection process. 與SQE合作改進(jìn)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量水平和工廠進(jìn)料檢驗(yàn)流程
- Complete assigned job from supervisor timely.及時(shí)完成經(jīng)理安排的其他工作
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
1.Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.工程、質(zhì)量管理或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的本科學(xué)歷。
2.At least 5 years of experience in quality, more than 3 years of experience as a system engineer in the mechanical/electronic/automotive industry.至少5年質(zhì)量工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，3年以上機(jī)械/電子/汽車(chē)行業(yè)體系工程師經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and regulatory requirements.熟悉質(zhì)量管理體系（如ISO 9001、IATF 16949）及相關(guān)法規(guī)要求。
4.Familiar with mechanical drawings, various dimensions and geometric tolerances; proficient in the use of common measuring instruments and tools.熟悉機(jī)械圖，熟悉各種尺寸和形位公差，熟悉常見(jiàn)的測(cè)量?jī)x器和工具
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex quality issues.擁有較強(qiáng)的分析和問(wèn)題解決能力，能夠處理復(fù)雜的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。
6.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.出色的溝通能力，能夠有效地跨部門(mén)協(xié)作。
7.Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis.熟悉統(tǒng)計(jì)過(guò)程控制（SPC）和質(zhì)量工具，如FMEA、8D和根本原因分析。
