工作職責:Job responsibilities:
(1) 協(xié)助公司領導正確執(zhí)行國家法律、法規(guī),對公司重大經(jīng)營決策活動提供法律意見。

(2) 參與起草、審核公司各種技術、經(jīng)濟、服務合同及重要的規(guī)章制度,對公司規(guī)章制度及其條款的合法性負責。

(3) 開展與公司生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營有關的法律咨詢,整理匯編公司業(yè)務需要的各種法律、法規(guī)和規(guī)章等。

(4) 接受公司法定代表委托,代理公司參加訴訟和非訴訟活動,幫助公司運用法律手段解決經(jīng)濟糾紛,維護公司合法權益。

(5) 參加和配合與公司有關的財務、稅收、勞動用工、合同管理等執(zhí)法檢查,為公司提供法律意見; 參與重大事故和危機處置活動,協(xié)助有關部門進行善后處理。

任職資格: Qualifications
1.教育背景:法學等相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷,有律師資格優(yōu)先。

2. 工作經(jīng)驗:5年以上企業(yè)法律事務工作經(jīng)驗。
Working experience: above 5 years working experience in corporate legal affairs.
3. 能力:熟悉掌握并能熟練運用合同法、公司法、勞動法等法律法規(guī)。具有一定的爭議解決能力和語言文字表達能力,熟悉訴訟和仲裁程序。能認真執(zhí)行公司的各項規(guī)章制度及重大決定。
