Position Summary
? Responsible for promoting and selling Cabot masterbatch products in South China, establishing and maintaining in-depth relationships with customers and distributors; managing the entire sales cycle, communicating with customers and distributors, and completing the negotiation and signing of sales contracts.
? The ideal candidate is cheerful and good at communication, with a degree in chemical engineering or related majors. They should have more than 5 years of rich sales experience and solid business capabilities, as well as experience in the plastics or additives industry. In addition, they need to have downstream application experience in the automotive, electronics and electrical appliances industries, be able to independently solve complex problems, and have a good command of English.

? 負責(zé)在中國南方地區(qū)推廣及銷售卡博特產(chǎn)品(特種聚合物),建立并維護深度客戶及經(jīng)銷商關(guān)系;全程管理銷售周期,與客戶及經(jīng)銷商開展溝通并完成銷售合同的談判與簽訂。
? 理想的候選人性格開朗,善于溝通,化工相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)。具備5年以上豐富的銷售經(jīng)驗及扎實的商務(wù)能力。具有塑料或者添加劑行業(yè)經(jīng)驗,對汽車行業(yè)、電子電器行業(yè)具有下游應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗,能獨立解決復(fù)雜的問題,英語水平良好。
Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities)
? Develops sales plans based on sales strategies to increase market share. Manage the sales cycle for assigned accounts. Analyzes customer needs. Coordinates plans with area and regional Sales management.

? Makes sales presentations and negotiates sales contracts with customers/distributors. Educates customers/distributors on new products and product enhancements.

? Understands and communicates customer goals and issues, current prospects and marketing events to Sales management. Accurately articulates and presents product features and benefits.

? Interprets and manage key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins, days outstanding and forecasting. Monitors account receivables and responds to daily account issues.

? May oversee and provide technical guidance to less experienced Sales Representatives.

? Supports efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care? Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001? technical specification, as applicable to the site/region.

Education/Experience
? Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry or related majors
化學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。
? 5-7 years’ experience in solid commercial or sales is required.
5 - 7 年扎實的商業(yè)或銷售經(jīng)驗。
? Experience in chemical, plastics, or additive is preferred.
有化工行業(yè)背景、塑料或添加劑行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
