Job Responsibilities:
High-Impact Deliverables & Executive Communication
? Develop clear, forward-looking strategy outputs—including Tech & Market trends briefs, tech outlook content, and executive presentations.
? Ensure materials are insight-driven, decision-ready, and reinforce CTO priorities across Tech Committee, R&D annual planning, and other leadership forums.
Technology Foresight & Long-Term Planning
? Shape 2–5 year research focus areas (e.g., AI / Models, Smart Personal Computing devices) through external trend analysis and internal capability mapping.
? Translate diverse inputs into prioritized, time-bound recommendations to inform roadmap setting, investment direction.
Cross-Team Alignment & Governance Support
? Drive coordination across labs, CTO Office and BGs to align strategy themes, technical requirements, and execution rhythms.
? Support the preparation and follow-through of key decision-making meeting, ensuring clarity on decisions, owners, and next steps.
Execution Monitoring & Portfolio Visibility
? Track progress, blockers, and dependencies for flagship AI initiatives (e.g. next-gen AI models/agents, AI-native devices); proactively escalate issues and enable resolution.
? Maintain OKR-linked milestone and dependency tracking to support leadership visibility and timely intervention.
Job Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing technology strategy, with a focus on long-term planning (2–5 years) and alignment with organizational priorities.
2. Strong capability in external trend analysis, internal capability mapping, and translating complex inputs into actionable, prioritized recommendations.
3. Proven track record in cross-team coordination and governance support, with excellent skills in facilitating communication and alignment across labs, corporate functions, and business groups.
4. Exceptional project monitoring and portfolio management skills, including experience in tracking OKR-linked milestones, identifying risks, and driving issue resolution for high-priority initiatives.
5. Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to create insightful, decision-ready materials (briefs, presentations, outlook content) for leadership forums.
