Job Responsibilities:
1. The Engineer who will co-work with NPI team, is responsible for product test requirements and coverage, supporting test processes development and enhance efficiency, quality, and safety within Lenovo Inhouse plant.
2. She/He works to ensure E2E test process, test fixture/equipment are functioning optimally while maintaining test flow and compliance with test standardization. as well as responsibilities related to test engineering, including testing issue analysis, testing work instruction updates and training of local TE. Engaged in inhouse transition project to develop test process and new test fixture preparation of new product.
3. She/He will take the NPI related trouble shooting and testing issue collection/analyzing.
4. She/He will support new test requirement and maintenance in test process readiness tracking and related technical issues handling, drive product quality improvement with testing technology.
5. She/He will work with local TE making the Continue-Improvement Plan and drive MFG make it happened. (the optimization of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.)
Job Requirements:
1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above on above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science and technology, Automation, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or C#. basic knowledge of scripts command, such as Windows PowerShell/CMD, EFI shell.
3. Fluently speak English, be skilled in reading & Writing, CET 4 or above
4. The PC testing knowledge for finish goods, MES and production related systems, NPI process, manufacturing process, system, network and engineering technical solutions, with proven expertise in finding quick and effective solutions to complex technical problems in PC product manufacturing engineering field.
5. Soft skill: Strong problem-solving abilities, team orientated, good communication skills, organizational capacity and collaboration capability, project management ability.
