KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Daily non-conformities report, provide technical expertise/NC workflow to the flowline APTs Generating work orders for rework (S03 and S99), and providing day-to-day operational support Acts as the first line of response to production issues (e.g. ANDON) Manage repair/rework solution including special part/tooling design Conduct technical expertise to DQN process, perform the first troubleshooting Lead anticipation & prevention measures to minimize the disruptions to flowline (e.g. protection ) Manage CR (Change Request) and PR (Purchase Request) for flowline Production Process Validation (PPV) leader. FU.PD.03 (Produce the Overall Aircraft) POM Rep delegate Industrial Project introduction (e.g. Sealing Cap) The ME TSFS team is organized in three different production units, and the shift mode will follow operation needs. QUALIFICATION EDUCATION: Above Bachelor degree is preferable, in engineering major. EXPERIENCE: 5 year experience in the engineering domain, aviation industry background would be a plus Technical Skills: Required skill 1: Able to read drawings and technical specifications LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking Soft Skills: Required skill 1: Cooperation skills inside manufacturing environment Required skill 2: Problem investigation and solving skills
