Role Purpose
Develop and implement logistics solutions according to global customers’ requirements. Manage and complete logistics project within agreed time and budget and ensure service quality meets/exceeds customers’ expectation. Perform the general management role of operation in the assigned area with the key objectives of developing and meeting national strategic targets to deliver the Service Parts Logistics operations and service excellence.
Main Accountabilities
1. Provide program management services in such a way that performance and customer satisfaction levels are met.
2. Manage the solution from an end-to-end perspective across all DHL Business Unit products and services with the goal of managing change, enhancing the customer business model, and creating an environment of service excellence.
3. Partner with GMNC Customer Management, the Customer Support Group, and Business Units to ensure exceptional service level performance and integrated program management occur at both customer and functional levels.
4. Provide consultative advisory services in Express Distribution and/or Logistics that drives incremental revenue generation from existing business.
5. Serve as management escalation point for all process and support issues.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 3+ years of working experience in Logistics project is preferred
3. Good English skills both in written and verbal
4. Proactive, able to work under pressure
