Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and maintenance of customers in the FMCG manufacture industry, establishing stable cooperative relationships rapidly.
Deeply understand the core needs of industry clients and automation integrators, leverage ABB Robotics' product and technological strengths to drive order conversion, and achieve sales targets.
Follow the entire sales process, including lead generation, technical exchanges, quotation negotiations, contract signing, payment collection, and delivery management, ensuring efficient closure of the sales cycle and regularly reporting project progress.
Collaborate with the solution and technical teams to provide customers with technical services such as product selection and solution formulation.
Continuously monitor market dynamics within the assigned region, understand and research developments in competitor and end-user markets.
Participate in industry-related exhibitions, technical seminars, and other events in the daily chemical sector to promote industry applications and expand market influence and reputation within the segment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above. A technical background in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
3-5 years of sales experience in the robotics industry or automation related to the daily chemical industry, with certain industry experience and cooperative resources.
Excellent business negotiation skills, strong customer service orientation, and results-driven mindset.
Must be willing to travel.
Strong communication and coordination skills, a team player, with good market insight and resilience under pressure.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

持續(xù)追蹤區(qū)域內(nèi)市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài),了解及調(diào)研同行及終端客戶市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展情況。
參與行業(yè)相關(guān)展會(huì)、技術(shù)研討會(huì)等活動(dòng),推廣行業(yè)應(yīng)用,擴(kuò)大細(xì)分市場(chǎng)影響力及口碑。
崗位要求:
本科及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化、機(jī)電一體化、機(jī)器人工程等相關(guān)工科背景優(yōu)先。
3-5年以上機(jī)器人行業(yè)或消費(fèi)品制造業(yè)自動(dòng)化相關(guān)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備一定的行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及合作資源。
具備出色的商務(wù)談判能力、客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)和結(jié)果導(dǎo)向思維,能適應(yīng)出差。
具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神,有較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)洞察能力和抗壓能力。
熟練使用Office辦公軟件,熟練使用Excel和Power Point。
