Responsibilities：
? Supports the analysis of business performance versus plan and proposes improvement actions.
? Performs benchmarking of key performance indicators with competitors and similar businesses within ABB.
? Works with management team to understand and analyze drivers of finan-cial performance and identify market trends.
? Prepares financial modeling for various hypotheses and analyzes impact to the organization.
? Supports the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budget-ing, and forecasting for the relevant organization.
? Validates the accuracy of financial data and business information and re-ports through reconciliation and review of exceptions.
? Provides information to management by gathering and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and rec-ommendations.
? Optimizes their performance to increase productivity by developing auto-mated solutions, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information re-quirements.
? Performs controls within their area of responsibility, as designed.
? Maintains proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/internal/external audits and reviews.

Requirements:
? Accounting degree is mandatory.
? 5-year minimum relevant experience in manufacturing MNC.
? Analytical mindset with ability to influence decision-making.
? Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.
? Collaborative and passionate about growth and continuous improvement.
? Extensive knowledge of SAP / Excel / PowerBI / PowerPoint / ThinkCell tools.
? You are at ease communicating in English.
