Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the digital and solutions business under distribution solutions division in China. Main stakeholders are all operations related functions.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- 支持在配電系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)單元數(shù)字化和解決方案業(yè)務(wù)部署持續(xù)改進(jìn)的戰(zhàn)略和目標(biāo)。
- 與各職能部門合作，利用持續(xù)改進(jìn)工具方法如DMAIC等，推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)部門在質(zhì)量、交付和成本目標(biāo)方面的改進(jìn)，滿足客戶和利益相關(guān)方的承諾。
- 跟蹤業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)（KPI）的計(jì)劃、測量、分析和匯報(bào)等工作，以展示進(jìn)展和價(jià)值，使決策者能夠分配資源并認(rèn)可成功。
- 推動(dòng)/支持質(zhì)量流程的梳理和優(yōu)化，形成或修訂質(zhì)量體系文件，并監(jiān)督其實(shí)施落地。
- 推廣業(yè)務(wù)項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)歸檔和分享，促進(jìn)團(tuán)隊(duì)能力建設(shè)。
- 碩士及以上，管理工程或系統(tǒng)工程類專業(yè)，或其它工程類專業(yè)有輔修運(yùn)營管理課程；
- 有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力、溝通能力和抗壓能力， 具備一定的個(gè)人領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力；
- 能熟練使用Microsoft office等辦公軟件，包括PowerBI等分析軟件；
- 英語口語流利。
