Reporting to:
Sales Support Manager
- Develop competitive firm/budgetary proposal/quotations, ensuring that each project meets different technical and commercial requirements for each situation to create the best and most optimized solutions and costs.
- Ensure the smooth progress of collaborative work with functions such as sales and after - sales by establishing effective communication mechanisms and collaboration processes. In case of customer complaints or project failures due to collaboration issues, assume corresponding responsibilities and promote the resolution of problems.
- Ensure the timely high quality submission of tender documents, including complete and accurate technical and commercial tender proposals
Qualifications for the Role
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in relevant fields such as automation, electronics, machinery, mechatronics, industrial design, etc.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related field;
- Familiar with electricity standard, ie. MV/LV Switchgear, eHouse, and electric automation & digitalization, HVAC and fire protection applications preferred;skill in autoCAD software.
- Good at English both writing and oral
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills expected
