Your Role and Responsibilities :
Work model: onsite
- Formulate detailed project plans, covering project schedules, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, etc., and confirm the final plan with the client.Select and assemble a project team including development, testing, implementation, etc., from internal employees or external contractors, and clarify the division of responsibilities.
- Organize daily communication meetings, track the project progress, and coordinate the collaboration among different functional team members such as development, testing, and implementation.Timely identify potential risks that the project may face, such as technical problems, personnel changes, requirement changes, schedule delays, etc., and take effective countermeasures to ensure that the project progress, quality, and budget are under control.
- After completing system development, testing, and implementation, organize the client for project acceptance to ensure that the software system meets the client's requirements and acceptance standards.
- Deeply understand the client's needs, expectations, and pain points, and actively maintain effective communication to promote the client's confirmation of key requirements, design solutions, and deliverables.
Qualifications for the Role:
- More than 5 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry, and over 3 years of project management experience. Graduates majoring in industrial control, automation, software engineering are preferred.
- Have an understanding of the application scenarios and business processes of manufacturing enterprises, and be able to provide effective solutions for clients.
- Be familiar with the functional architecture, technical principles, and related technologies of software and digital systems to facilitate effective communication and coordination with the technical team and clients.
- Master the knowledge system of project management, including the management methods and tools for each stage of project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Be willing to maintain close and effective communication with clients, development/testing/implementation teams, etc., coordinate resources, and solve problems.
- Have excellent team leadership skills, be able to form, motivate, and manage a project team, and allocate tasks reasonably according to project requirements.
